Studying in Romania is an exciting opportunity – but navigating the application, paperwork, and visa process can feel overwhelming, especially if you’re doing it alone. That’s where we come in.

As an official intermediary, we guide international students through every step of the journey: from choosing the right study program to securing your student visa. You apply through us, and we handle the administrative complexity so you can focus on your academic goals.

Get in Touch With Us

Your journey starts by reaching out to our team. We’ll have an initial conversation to understand your academic background, language level, and study preferences. Whether you’re interested in Medicine, Engineering, IT, Business, or the Social Sciences, we help you find the programs that best match your ambitions.

Choose your program and university

Together, we’ll explore your options and select the most suitable university and program – taking into account admission criteria, tuition fees, city preferences, and language of instruction (usually English, sometimes French or German).

Once we finalize your choice, we begin the application process directly with the selected institution.

We prepare and we submit your application

Our team takes care of preparing and submitting your application package to the university. We’ll help you gather and translate the required documents, such as:

  • Application form

  • Passport copy

  • High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree

  • Transcript of records

  • English language certificate (minimum B2 level)

  • Medical certificate

  • Motivation letter (if needed)

We check everything for accuracy and compliance before sending the file to the university on your behalf.

Receive your letter of acceptance

Once the university reviews and approves your application, they will forward it to the Romanian Ministry of Education. If approved, you will receive your official Letter of Acceptance, typically within 30 to 60 days – and we’ll notify you as soon as it arrives.

Payment of Fees & Student Application Form

With the Letter of Acceptance in hand, the next step is paying the tuition fee for the first academic year. We will provide the correct bank details and assist with the payment process, ensuring it’s properly documented for your visa application.

Now you’re ready to apply for your long-stay student visa. We’ll help you prepare your visa file and guide you through submitting it at the Romanian consulate or embassy in your country. Required documents include:

  • Letter of Acceptance

  • Proof of tuition fee payment

  • Proof of sufficient financial means

  • Valid passport

  • Health insurance

  • Accommodation confirmation

  • Criminal record certificate

If needed, we can assist in scheduling your visa appointment and provide templates for supporting documents.
